1. Eligibility
- Open
to: Undergraduate, postgraduate students, faculty, and researchers in
medical and allied health sciences.
- Limit: Each participant may
present only one poster as first author.
- Co-authors: Maximum 3
co-authors permitted; only the presenting author will be recognized for awards.
2. Abstract
Submission
- Abstracts must
be submitted online before the deadline.
- Word
limit: 250–300 words (structured: Background, Methods, Results,
Conclusion).
- Abstracts must
represent original work; plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
- Acceptance will
be communicated via email.
3. Poster
Specifications
- Orientation: E-Poster
landscape orientation.
- Font: Size must be readable
(minimum 24 pt for body text).
- Content: Title, Author(s),
Institution, Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion, References and
Acknowledgements (if applicable).
- Use of visuals,
charts, and diagrams is encouraged for clarity.
- Language: English (unless
otherwise specified).
4. Presentation
Guidelines
- Time: 5 minutes presentation
+ 2 minutes Q&A.
- Attendance: Presenter must be
physically present; proxy presentations are not allowed.
- Display: Posters must be
displayed at the designated area 30 minutes before the session starts.
- Any conflict of
interest must be declared.

- Relevance to
Medical Education (20%)
- Engagement
during Q&A (15%)
6. General
Regulations
- Participants
must register for the conference to present.
- Presenters
should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled session.
- Any use of
copyrighted material must be properly acknowledged.
- Decisions of
the Scientific Committee are final and binding.
- Misconduct
(plagiarism, falsification of data, disrespectful behavior) will result in
disqualification.
